How do I place an order?

Place your order for all of the products needed on our website.
From the product listing page or product detail page select the item you would like to buy. You can put an item into your shopping cart by clicking on the "ADD TO CART" or keep shopping for more.

How do I use the Shopping cart features?

Click on the "Shopping cart" link on the top to check your shopping items.
Here you can change quantities, remove items, continue shopping or Proceed to checkout.

Is there a minimum order for on-line purchases?

No minimum order limited, any quantity is welcome.

How do we know that our order has been successfully submitted?

An email will also be sent to you to acknowledge your order If your order has been successfully transmitted.

What is the delivery cost and When will my items be delivered?

If the total cost of items ordered remains at or above S$100, delivery will be free. If the total cost drops below S$100, the S$7.00 delivery fee will be charged.
Please note that we only deliver areas within Singapore.
The normal delivery times are Tuesday and Friday. Please enter your contact information when place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible with a choice of delivery times to suit you.

What are the method of payment?

You can choose payment by COD or credit card.
COD - Cash On Delivery upon delivery. We accept Singapore Dollars only.

Corporate customer may write to us and make payment by cheque.. Cheques shall be payable to "Zonessy Pte Ltd". Please note that we do not accept post-dated cheques.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, we accept phone orders during normal office hours from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Need to cancel an order?

Orders placed on izpromo.com cannot be cancelled online. To cancel orders, plesae call us at 63739814 or 62756073.
